NZ orders are shipped from our Melbourne dispatch centre.
Retail orders are shipped by AUST Post within 1-2 business days of purchase. Retail orders over $50 include free Standard Post with tracking. Orders under $50 are a flat rate of $6.00
Occasionally we may send large retail orders (such as yoga mats) by courier. You will be notified if this is the case with your order.
MoveActive is not responsible for delays in shipping caused by Australia Post or other third parties, however please get in contact if you don't receive your order in a timely fashion.
Wholesale Shipping is a flat rate of $12 with standard post and tracking.
What items are returnable?
Items purchased in the last 30 days.
They must be unworn and unaltered. Postage is not refundable.
What items are non-refundable/ Returnable?
Clearance / Sale Items.

If you’re not 100% happy with your order, then get in touch for an exchange or refund.
We cherish our brand and implement quality checks into every stage of the design and creation process. We replace any defective products. Please note that this does not include general wear and tear.
Our refunds are processed to the original form of payment.
For exchanges the cost of shipping the product back to us will not be reimbursed. Shipping of the exchanged items is at the customer's expense.
