Thus far we are proud of our sustainability efforts and the steps we have made as a business to a greener future. In 2023, our hard work was recognised as our Luxe Recycle Yoga Mat won bronze in the Best Yoga Mat/ Mat accessory category in the Clean and Conscious Awards and our Luxe Eco Cork Yoga and Organic Cotton Classic Low Rise Grip Socks were also named as finalists.

This commitment has fostered an engaged customer community, reflect in thousands of five-star reviews. Our unique designs are created with a sustainable approach and we are committed to the constant journey of ensuring all our product packaging is completely green, to consistently reduce our carbon footprint and become a market-leading sustainable business.

While we are proud of our commitment to sustainability, we recognise there is still a long way to go to go in our mission to become a truly eco-conscious business. We are constantly researching ways to become more sustainable; through introducing more eco-friendly materials, onboarding new green factory partners and reducing waste. As a business, we are dedicated to the ongoing pursuit of innovative, environmentally friendly practices and products, ensuring that every step we take contributes to a greener, healthier future.

→ Since 2015, we've implemented sustainable packaging for our products, emphasising the use of eco-friendly materials. We employ biodegradable courier bags and opt for environmentally friendly packaging accessories, tape and bubble wrap. Our 'packaging for a purpose' policy ensures products are packaged in reusable mesh bags or with recycled cardboard contributing to waste reduction.

→ In 2022, we began incorporating Recycled Polyester (RPET) into our Yoga and Reformer Mats. RPET is derived from discarded plastic bottles and fishing nets, diverting plastic waste from landfills and oceans. By reusing these materials, MoveActive actively participates in waste reduction and recycling.

→ Starting from March 2023, we have shifted towards using certified organic cotton in our grip sock collections. Organic cotton cultivation employes a sustainable approach that eliminates harmful chemicals, reducing environmental impact, conserving water and energy, whilst also reducing use of pesticides.

→ In 2022, we introduced our Cork Range, This collection, including yoga and reformer mats, blocks, massage balls and rollers, utilises 100% natural cork, an eco-friendly and biodegradable materials. The use of cork, a renewable resource, aligns with climate action goals and supports eco-conscious consumers in their choices.
