Composition: Upper: 100% PU. Lower: 58% Natural Rubber, 42% Rubber.
Dimensions: 183 x 68 cm / 72 x 26.5 in. Thickness: 6 mm / 0.25 in. Mat Weight: 3.7 kg / 8 lbs
Care: Wipe with mild detergent after use. Once dry, roll it up with the top side facing outward. Do not fold. Air as much as possible post practice.

I use this mat for hot pilates, It is very good, i am never slipping on sweat and never had any problems with the feeling of it. However, it weighs so much and find it hard to carry it to my classes, it is very heavy
